Cinnamon liqueur
Instructions
After ground cinnamon and vanilla in a mortar, put drugs to marinate in a small jar with 200 g of alcohol for about 10 days, stirring once a day.
Spent the period flame formed a syrup with sugar and water, taking care to heat all at very slow fire.
When the syrup has cooled it will save in an airtight jar.
Then strain the macerated and pour into the jar containing the syrup, then add to all the remaining 100 g of alcohol.
Mix, let stand for a couple of days, filtered and bottled.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of alcohol at 95 g
- 20 g of cinnamon in the barrel
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 1 g of angelica
- 300 g of water
- 500 g of sugar
