Angelica liqueur
Instructions
Macerate the stems in alcohol for 6 days, add sugar and water, soak for another week in a cool, strain and pour into a bottle.
1 shot glass before main meals.
Useful to awaken your appetite.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 40 g of fresh angelica stems cut into pieces
- 100 cl of alcohol to 28 degrees
- 330 g of sugar
- 100 cl of water
