Instructions
Choose well the basil leaves in summer and, with the recommended amount of water, prepare an infusion that will cool.
After 24 hours, filtered and combined sugar and alcohol, stir gently and strain again.
At this point you can bottle.
The liquor is served at room temperature.
Its original aroma and crisp will make it popular especially in summer, but Basil properties make it an excellent digestive and a good remedy against insomnia throughout the year.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 100 cl of water
- 700 g of sugar
- 80 leaves basil
