Coffee Liqueur (Liquore di Caffè)
Instructions
Pour into a glass jar 250 g of alcohol from liquor, 250 g water, 100 g of fine ground coffee; seal the jar and let it sit for eight days the mixture, which should be filtered.
Join the liquid obtained with cooled syrup, made with 300 g sugar, 250 g of water and a stick of vanilla.
The coffee liqueur you can drink after 25 days.
Some people prefer to drink it warm or with addition of anise.
A simpler and faster procedure is to dissolve into six or more cups of coffee (depending on how much you want to get), the same volume of sugar and cold add the same volume of alcohol from liquor.
Store in a bottle.

- 1 stick of vanilla
- Anise (optional)
