Cherry Liqueur (Liquore di Ciliegie)
Instructions
Wash the cherries and place them in a pot with sugar.
Close tightly and allow to soak in the Sun for a week.
Mix with the fluid that is formed, in a large pot and add the other ingredients.
After 30 days, filtered with a filter paper and bottled with Cork and sealing wax.
Wait two months before to try this excellent liquor.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 1000 g of cherries
- 400 g of sugar
- 50 leaves of cherry
- 2 sticks of cinnamon
