Melissa and mandarin liqueur
Instructions
Put the ingredients to soak in alcohol for about 10 days, then filtrateli, and leave only the Mandarin soaked in alcohol.
Add the sugar and water and turn up to dissolve the sugar completely.
Shake the liqueur once daily for the first 15 days and then let it sit another month; at that point it will be ready to drink.
If it is too strong, add a glass of water.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 1 handful of leaves of lemon balm
- 1 handful of mandarin peel
- 1 whole mandarin
- 100 g of sugar
- 500 G = = water
