Grape salad (Macedonia D'uva)
Instructions
Buy a kilo and a half of raisins, one of three qualities (white, red and black) minding that tender skin.
Place to soften for about half an hour 200 g of raisins in a glass of white rum.
Meanwhile the berries to remove bunches and wash them, placing them in a large bowl (preferably glass).
In a little wine (there should be around one liter) melt well on low fire, 300 g of sugar, then add wine to another, adding a long spiral of lemon peel thin; pour everything on grapes, even raisins and rum of maceratura; then place the bowl in the refrigerator.
When serving remove the lemon spiral.

- 500 g of white grapes
- 500 g of black grapes
- 500 g of red grapes
- 200 g of sultanas
- 1 glass of white rum
- 100 cl of wine
- 300 g of sugar
- Spiral 1 of lemon zest
