Instructions

Shell almonds and leave them whole.

Put all ingredients in a pan to low heat and stir continuously with a wooden spoon.

The sugar will caramelize and before then becoming white.

Continue to stir until all is covered with almond sugar and divided from each other.

Place on a tray and let cool.
