Instructions
Put in a pan almonds, sugar and water and bring to a boil.
When the water evaporates, the almonds begin to Crackle and the sugar to melt, turn off the heat and stir well.
Overthrow the mixture on aluminum foil buttered giving it shape.
Allow to cool and harden.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of shelled almonds, roasted and skinned
- 430 g of sugar
- 15 cl of water
