Instructions

Put almonds on baking and coloring them by moving every now and then.

Let them cool, then put them in the egg white just slammed with a fork so that the almonds remains a thin layer of egg white.

Put back on the oven, sprinkle with salt and let it dry to medium-high heat.

Excellent to serve with aperitifs.
