Instructions

Wash the petals and chop them with the Crescent (not too thin because they do not leave the juice), mix with sugar (200 g), and lemon (impastandoli with hands and mixing them).

You heat the water with the rest of the sugar and boil mixture until you have a thick syrup.

When it becomes viscous the jam is ready.
