Maxi-COPA Del Bosco
Instructions
Put on the bottom of 4 large icy cold spirit cups raspberries and orange juice, stirring slowly.
Then have some raspberry washed, fill to 2/3 cup with crushed ice, spray with a little soda, put over 2 scoops of raspberry sorbet, garnish with the remaining raspberries and with tufts of whipped cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of raspberry sorbet
- 200 g of raspberries
- 4 tablespoons of raspberry schnapps
- 4 tablespoons of orange juice
- Whipped
- Crushed ice
- Soda
