Instructions
Using a non-stick pan, let Cook the bacon cut into strips.
Do the same with cheese slices and brown them on both sides, and shortly thereafter, arrange on a serving dish and add speck (which you kept warm).
To finish, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately.
