Instructions
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees.
Beat the egg whites in a Bain-Marie with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.
Remove from heat and let cool, then add the candied fruits and nuts.
With the sac-à-poche set of piles on the baking plate covered with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes (remain clear).

- 140 g of granulated sugar
- 60 g of candied orange peels finely chopped
- 60 g of ground hazelnuts
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 4 egg whites
