Chef's melon
Instructions
Divide the melon into 8 wedges, depriving it of the seeds and filaments and cut the flesh into cubes.
Put them in a large bowl, add sugar, liqueurs and rosemary leaves.
Keep in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 1000 g green melon
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of maraschino
- 2 tablespoons of cognac
- 2 tablespoons of whisky
- Rosemary
