Barley soup (3)
Instructions
Peel the onion, potatoes and scrape the carrot.
Wash all vegetables and cut them into cubes of about 1.
5 cm thick and cut the same size speck of vegetables.
Put all in a pan, pour in the broth and bring to a boil over moderate heat.
Cover and cook for 25 minutes at moderate flame.
Serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 120 g of pearl barley
- == 1 small onion
- 1 small potato
- 1 average carrot
- 50 g of speck complete
- 150 cl of broth
