Instructions

Saute chopped garlic and onion in butter, Add flour, stirring well and, little by little, the broth without leaving form lumps.

Add the spinach and cook for 40 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

When cooked, add the cream and pine nuts, stir and serve.
