Minicake alla nutella
Instructions
Work 75 g butter with the sugar and honey, add one egg at a time, combining the next only when the previous is incorporated, stirring vigorously.
Combined with dough powdered almonds and stir, then transfer the mixture into a large bowl and setacciatevi the flour, cocoa and baking powder until the flour is incorporated.
Grease 8 stencils with a capacity of about 10 cl, distributed in all the pasta and cook for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Covered the top of minicake with Nutella and slivers of almonds, then serve.

- 100 g of butter
- 50 g of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

- 100 g of nutella
- 20 g of cocoa
- 50 g of almonds
- 1 tablespoon of almond flakes
