Instructions

Put the ice cubes in a shaker, add the egg whites, sugar syrup and lemon juice.

Wrap the shaker in a towel and shake for 2 minutes.

Add the gin and Mint green cream and shake briefly.

Strain into a tumbler, fill with soda water and serve with straw.
