Myrtle sugar
Instructions
Clean the Myrtle berries with a rough cloth; place in a brown glass bottle in which has already been poured alcohol and leave to infuse for 15 days.
After this period debris, filter and press with your hands still macerated berries rich in aromas.
Add alcohol to two litres of cold syrup mixture of water and sugar and bake in dark bottles.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 200 cl of water
- 600 g of honey
- 600 g of myrtle overripe berries
