Instructions
Mix the chestnut cream with cocoa and melted chocolate, spice with a little rum.
Add the fresh cream whipped with icing sugar.
With the mixture to form a small ' monte ' and decorate with whipped cream.

- 500 g of canned sweetened chestnut purée
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 60 g of chocolate
- Rum
- 200 g of fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
