Smoked herring Mousse
Instructions
Let the butter soften at room temperature.
Put in Blender, wet fish with rum and finely chop.
Add the butter and blend.
Place the mousse onto a plate, sprinkle with pepper, surrounded with grains of Pomegranate and mint and herring fillets.
Accompanied by rye bread or whole wheat bread slices.
