Instructions

Cook apples (after being peeled and cored private) with vanilla and cinnamon covered in a little water.

Pass it to the mixer, mix the sugar and the lemon juice; make them cool.

Whip egg whites until foamy and incorporate the mashed apples.

Let cool very well in the fridge, then serve in individual cups decorated with grapes.
