Instructions
Using a whisk or a wooden spoon, beat for a long time the eggs and yolks with sugar.
Put to heat the milk with the cinnamon stick and came to a boil, turn off the heat, allow to cool and remove the cinnamon.
Slowly add beaten eggs and cornstarch, stirring continuously because it does not form lumps.
Cook the mixture in a double boiler slowly stirring with a wooden spoon until the custard begins to become dense.
Pour into a tureen then where you put the ladyfingers and let cool.
Serve the custard free by wiping it with a little ground cinnamon.

- 100 cl of milk
- 150 g of granulated sugar
- 12 cookies ladyfingers
- 25 g of maizena
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 stick of cinnamon
