Instructions

The day before preparing fine chopped herbs (about the amount, keep in mind that you'll have to get five or six tablespoons) and when done with salt.

Let it sit this aromatic salt for at least twelve hours and then mix it with the flour, the fountain and break eggs.

Mix the ingredients until you get a homogeneous dough and let it rest for at least half an hour.

Meanwhile remove the fins to orate, squamatela and then empty it after having played a cut from head to anal opening.

Wash under running water and dry them perfectly well inside.

Divide the dough into two pieces salt and spianateli with the rolling pin resulting in two large ovals-half cm thick.

Place a fish at the center of each oval and wrap it with salt dough, sealing well and trying to keep in shape of shell fish.

Place the two sea bream in a plate covered with baking paper and put it in the oven at 200 degrees already leaving Cook for 40 minutes.

Bring to the table as soon as they come out of the oven and, when serving, an incision along the dough and spread open the way to fillet the fish directly into the housing.

So cooked, the fish is particularly tasty and fragrant without need of more seasoning but, for those who wish to spend a part of olive oil Extra Virgin mild taste.
