Ricotta balls (2)
Instructions
Mix the ricotta with half coconut flour.
Add cocoa, sugar and mix thoroughly.
Pour a few tablespoons of grenadine and add additional washers if the color seems too pale.
With the mixture obtained and maybe helping you with a spoon, formed many balls as big as a walnut.
Rotolatele in advanced coconut flour so that they are all covered.
Put the balls in as many paper baking cups and let them sit in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.

- 100 g of coconut flour
- 100 g of sugar
- Grenadine for a pink paste
