Spain chocolate loaf
Instructions
Sift the flour with the cocoa.
Beat eggs with sugar until they become foamy, delicately incorporate the flour and cocoa and spice with vanillin.
Grease and flour a mould, pour the mixture.
Move the Pan in a hot oven at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 160 g of flour
- 35 g of cocoa powder
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- For the mold:
- Little of butter
- Little of flour
