Absolut christmas panettone
Instructions
Melt the butter (or margarine) in a nonstick saucepan. Add the currants or raspberries and cook for 3-5 minutes until the fruit has lost some of its water. Add the sugar and the grated lemon peel. Cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes until the fruit becomes soft without losing its shape. Add the vodka. Stir and bring to a boil over low heat. Cut the cake into slices and serve with hot sauce.

- 1 tablespoon of butter (or margarine)
- 1 tablespoon of grated lemon rind
- 1000 g of berries
- Ribes
- Raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/3 cup of absolut vodka
