Instructions

Add to further some fresh vegetables preferably Broadleaf, such as lettuce or cabbage, if you have peas.

To avoid further seasoned salad.

Excellent a couple of whole onions cut into thin slices, garlic, celery, leeks or onions.

Depending on your taste and availability.

If you don't have advanced rice pasta okay.

If you don't have rice you can replace it with bread crumbs or some toast, to have a starch intake.

Don't cook them, start with fresh vegetables, depending on the time it takes to Cook, add them as leftovers, skimming the previous fat condiments that come, let simmer about 10- -15 minutes add the mashed and all passed.

After a few minutes, pour everything into a blender of sufficient capacity, or go all in twice.

Use a blender or a food processor, try to get a rough pass, in order to allow the vegetables to keep a trace of the original texture.

If you have it, and you like, pour the past in a crock pot, bring to a boil over low heat, add butter or cream.

According to taste, you can add Parmesan, white or black pepper.
