Instructions
In a bowl mix the egg yolks with the sugar until they become clear and frothy, then gently add the egg whites very firm.
Gradually add the sifted flour and starch mixture.
Lightly grease a cake tin, sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Remove, let cool and put.
The pan of dough Spain is ideal to make cakes filled with cream.

- 80 g of potato starch
- 150 g of sugar
- 6 eggs
