Instructions

Carefully brush the potatoes of medium size; wash and drain without leave, put them in the pot; cover.

Bring to a boil at medium temperature, until you have formed the water layer.

Simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes without lifting the lid.

The cooking time depends on the amount that is put to cook.

If the potatoes are old, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of water to speed up the formation of the water layer.
