Refined potatoes
Instructions
Wash and scrub the potatoes with 1 rough cloth, then dry.
With 1 small knife or a serrated spoon, remove 1 forming of moulds.
Work the cream softened butter with 1 tablespoon of wood; then split it into 2 portions.
To embed the lumpfish eggs, mixing well, and at the other the chopped salmon.
With the first composed fill 4 potatoes and salmon with the other 4.
Wrap each potato in foil, then put them in 1 Pan and bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.

- 8 new potatoes
- 50 g of lumpfish eggs
- 25 g of smoked salmon
- 80 g of butter
