Penne with lemon
Instructions
Put to cook pasta.
Chop the bacon.
Stiepidite cream.
Lengthen it with milk to keep it pretty slow.
Add the bacon.
Keep at room temperature and drain the pasta.
Quickly dress with added lemon juice, careful not to overdo it, otherwise the throw.
Serve immediately before it cools down.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta penne
- 25 cl of cooking cream
- 500 g of speck
- 1 dash of milk
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
