Chocolate pears
Instructions
Peel the pears and cook in a caramel made with water, sugar and white wine.
For the sauce, melt the sugar in milk, pour the cocoa and grated chocolate and cook until you get a cream.
It passes the pears, greater or lesser, and let them dry on a wire rack.
Serve when the cream has solidified well, forming a delicate crust.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pears kaiser
- 20 cl of water
- 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
- 200 g of sugar
- For the chocolate sauce:
- 15 cl of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 50 g of bitter cocoa powder
- 25 g of chocolate
