Pears with lemon
Instructions
Cook prunes soak with wine and half the sugar.
Peel the pears, cut them in half, remove the core, arrange them on a serving dish, sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle with lemon juice and baking syrup of prunes, decorate with pitted plums and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.

- 4 pears kaiser
- 8 prunes
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 glass dry white wine
