Pere in cream
Instructions
Work the ricotta with vanilla sugar.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar and blend with cream cheese.
With a pastry bag layering mixture into 4 bowls.
Place 2 pears and some cherries, sprinkle again with the mixture, garnish with the almonds and put in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 180 g of ricotta
- 25 cl of cream
- 8 pears in syrup
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon almond of plate
- 12 cherries in syrup
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
