Pears stuffed with ice cream
Instructions
Chop the almonds, washed and Dried Pears.
Delete with the special tool inside of 4 pears (stem, core and seeds).
Let the ice cream at room temperature until it is smooth enough to be put into a bag from pastry chef, so inserting it inside of pears.
Wrap the pears with silver paper and put them in the freezer for an hour.
After this time, remove the pears from the freezer and let it sit for 10 minutes, during which time clean, wash and dry currants.
The 3/4 Frullatene with sugar preparing a sauce based.
Take the remaining PEAR whole and cut it in half by eliminating by both parties obtained core and most of the pulp, so as to obtain two containers that will be used to house the currant sauce just made.
Chop frozen pears horizontal slices about 2-3 cm.
Place on a serving dish cospargendole with almonds and accompanied with currant sauce.
Decorated with clusters of red berries and serve.

- 5 ripe pears
- 200 g of strawberry ice cream
- 200 g of redcurrants
- 100 g of peeled almonds
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
