Peaches cream (2)
Instructions
Cut the peaches in half and remove core with a spoon the pulp.
Join custard the amaretti crumbs, mix well and fill the Peach.
Place them on a buttered pan, sugar spolverizzarle, wet them with wine and pass them in the oven to moderate heat, for 1 hour.
Before serving, pour over the cooking.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 10 yellow peaches
- 1 cup of custard
- 10 amaretti biscuits
- 30 g of sugar
- 1 glass of muscat wine
