Instructions
Clean the Basil.
Put it in a marble mortar with salt, garlic and pine nuts.
Crush well and long.
Add the two cheeses.
Mix well, slowly diluting with oil mixture.
For seasoning, add a tablespoon of pasta cooking water.

- 4 bunch of basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
