Guinea fowl breast with cream
Instructions
Beat the breast of Guinea fowl, bake and sauté in a pan with the butter and chopped onion.
Golden wet once with cognac, flambé and add a dash of cream.
Pull the sauce and serve with a sprinkle of chopped chives.
