Prepares before the peach, peeled and cut into wedges, putting it in blend (or spin) in electric mixer along with a tablespoon of crushed ice and a bit of the same sparkling wine to make sufficiently creamy juice.
Therefore, always first, is poured champagne into flute (or Cup) cold, then add peach juice by pouring slowly (pouring in reverse order the two ingredients, the escape from the glass will be inevitable because of the sparkling effervescence).
