You must first work long bread dough with the ' fresulimiti ', that all their fat and their flavor is absorbed by the pasta.
Patient handling is complete, divide the dough into two unequal parts.
With the biggest line a cake tin well greased with lard and fill it with slices of hard-boiled eggs, sliced provolone, sausage cooked in lard and cut into discs.
Cover with a disc diameter of cake, made with the remaining dough aside.
Lying well dampening edges with a little water.
Bake for about 40 minutes in hot oven.

- 150 g of provola cheese
- 100 g of sausages
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of suet
