Instructions
Clean the chicken; Open a book.
Let it marinate in a marinade with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, Rosemary for 1 hour, then put it on the grill at 30 cm from the embers.
Cook for 30 minutes and then for another 15 minutes at earlist time often distance and layer oiling it either with a sprig of Rosemary dipped in the marinade.

- 1 chicken
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Unrefined sea salt
- Pepper
