Sichuan bang bang chicken
Instructions
In a saucepan capable cover the chicken with water and bring to a boil for five minutes.
Repeat two more times, then stops cooking and let the chicken rest 10 minutes in its cooking broth.
Separate the thighs and wings of chicken and cut the rest into four pieces.
Disossatelo and cut into strips.
Arrange them on a large plate.
Chop the chilli.
You heat a pan over low heat and add the peanut oil and chilli.
Pour the oil in a small bowl, add a pinch of pepper, sesame sauce or peanut butter, sesame oil, sugar and soy sauce.
Mix well.
Pour the sauce on chicken when serving.

- 1 1700 g chicken
- 4 tablespoons of peanut oil
- 4 teaspoons of dried chilies
- 4 tablespoons of peanut butter (or sesame sauce)
- 4 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Pepper
