Plums with ice cream and whipped cream
Instructions
Scalded prunes in water to boil, peel them, cut them and remove the core.
Place them in a pot, cover with sugar and vanilla sugar; stir and let flavour.
Whip the cream, add a teaspoon of powdered sugar and from time to time filled a syringe for desserts.
In four glass cups set on the bottom a few scoops of favorite flavor and above prunes; Garnish with sprigs of cream.
Wanting to add a cherry.
Serve.

- 500 g of plums
- 75 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- Whipped
- 1 teaspoon of icing sugar
- Banana ice cream (or zabaglione ice cream)
- 4 cherries (optional)
