Punch of martinique
Instructions
Put three ice cubes in a shaker, add sugar syrup, port, brandy and lemon juice and shake vigorously.
Filled with the remaining crushed ice in a tall glass and pour over the contents of the shaker filtering.
Stir with the spoon, garnish with the fruit and serve with straw and spoon.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 6 cubed of ice
- 2 teaspoons of sugar syrup
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 5 cl of porto wine
- 1 drop of brandy
- 1 tablespoon of fruit pieces
