Highland punch
Instructions
Given the large amount of high alcoholic ingredients, this punch is to drink in moderation.
Put the sugar in a saucepan, add lemon juice and water and bring almost to a boil, stirring frequently to dissolve the sugar.
Then pour in the syrup whiskey, rum, brandy and port; mix, almost to a boil and serve in punch cups made from heat resistant.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 350 g of sugar
- 1 lemon (juice filtered)
- 100 cl of water
- 1/2 bottle of whisky
- 1/2 bottle of rum
- 1 glass of brandy
- 1 glass of porto wine
