Ratafia to roses
Instructions
Put rose petals of different colors but also scented, infused with very hot water and let stand for 1-2 days.
Strain and add alcohol, sugar, cinnamon, coriander, wait 12 days and filtered again, until the ratafia will become clear.
You will get a sweet odour liqueur that will agree to serve in a glass bottle.
It is an excellent tonic.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of fresh rose petals
- 1 G = = cinnamon (bark)
- 350 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 1 G = = water
- 350 g of water
- 250 g of sugar
