Instructions

Knead the flour, butter, sugar, milk and eggs until you get a homogeneous dough that you will pave to a height of 1-2 mm.

Cut into 10 cm circles.

Prepare a mixture of jam, sugar and cinnamon, and pour a spoonful on each circle and close the flaps.

Arrange the dumplings on the plate of the oven, brush with beaten egg and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
