Cherry rosolio
Instructions
Wash the cherries, dry, remove the stems and coarsely chopped cherries, then break the stones and crush the pulp.
Place kernels and pulp in a bowl with the brandy and cinnamon and let BREW 3-4 days in a cool place.
Then bake, stir and leave to marinate for 2 months, then filtered.
Prepare a syrup by boiling water 250 g sugar for 5 minutes and and pour in brandy.
Stir, let cool and bottled.
Do not try before 3 months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of white spirit to 40 degrees
- 1000 g of black cherries
- 500 g of sugar cubes
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 250 g of water
